A Road Worthy Certificate (RWC) must accompany every registered vehicle that’s sold. This is a requirement of Victorian law and only licensed vehicle testers can issue a RWC once it has been thorough tested in a range of areas. If the vehicle should fail any of these tests, a certificate will not be issued until the problem has been resolved, ensuring the vehicle is safe to drive.
